The 2.0 version of the ShinhanSOL application posed usability challenges for users in the Vietnamese market due to its heavy reliance on the core banking system from Korea. With the project’s aim to create new interface and experience, our focus was on aligning it with the brand identity while prioritizing simplified onboarding and home screen, fast and easy eKYC process, and the introduction of delightful elements, such as Shinhan’s mascots and content writing.
