Financial product experience is my core strength, with over 7 years of proven expertise leading projects for leading traditional and digital banks, insurance companies, and financial solution providers (which can be seen in my selected works and archived).

I’m currently the Principal Product Designer at NAB (National Australia Bank).

I have played a pivotal role in shaping design strategies and encouraging innovation throughout my career. At FPT Design, I held the position of Design Manager, leading the design vision for the Fintech & Banking sector from its inception. Leading a team of over 30 designers in Ho Chi Minh City, I successfully executed impactful projects, demonstrating a commitment to cutting-edge design.

In my previous role at Aleph, I led a cross-functional design team, collaborating closely with APAC clients to deliver exceptional digital experiences. This experience honed my ability to seamlessly blend creativity with user-centric functionality, resulting in products that resonate with diverse audiences.
